- You don’t need to dress in only black.
- Or be pale or thin.
- You don’t need to drink ( and shouldn’t if you are not of age)
- All you need to do: Is like goth music.
- Don’t force yourself to like bands.
- You are still entitled to your religion.
- It’s ok to love cute and colorful things.
- It’s ok to have no tattoos.
- It’s ok to have a natural hair color.
- If your not the best at makeup, you’ll get better with practice.
- Or go with none if you like.
- Don’t pressure yourself to dress to the nines everyday.
- Wear shoes that make you comfortable.
- We all have something in our closet form Hot Topic.
- Horror movies aren’t for everyone and that’s okay.
- Never be rude. Kill with kindness.
- You can be happy and be Goth.
- Dress for the weather.
- Never let snobs tell you that you’re not Goth. You and you alone are the judge of that.
- If this really is a phase that’s fine. I hope you had fun, and it helped find yourself. You don’t need to burn the photos. It was a step to becoming who you are and you can look back fondly.
