since posting this last night ive gotten quite a few messages from people whose teachers have also done this and it resulted in them being beaten by their legal guardians
like
teachers need to think of the consequences of their god damn actions. this is not okay.

Mr. Rochester has gotten worse and I had to cry to get the vet to let me pay less than I needed to for right now because I’ve maxed out all my credit cards and his treatment is going to be another $3000 dollars and he still might not make it and I’m struggling emotionally and financially right now and any help with donations or a SIGNAL BOOST would be most appreciated:

I talked with the vet just now. He might need a blood transfusion which is going to cost even more money. I’m not sure at this point if everything they’re doing is actually going to help him or if this is really the end and I should just let go. It’s all very hard and very expensive and I’ll very alone and confused.
I just got back from visiting Mr. Rochester. They said he was looking better than you would expect him to based on how sick he is. He’s going to get a blood transfusion tonight, which he need regardless of anything else. I should find out Tuesday at the earliest whether it is an infection (which can be treatable) that made all his numbers spike or whether his kidneys are shutting down (which is terminal). Thank you for all your kind thoughts and prayers and support. Mr. Rochester is such a wonderful kitty and he loves people so much, so it is so wonderful to see people love him back.
