a jurassic park game where you “build your own park” and you think the game is about building the best park with the most amount of dinosaurs and everything is running well and it goes from cloning the dinosaur all the way to putting them in the right paddock
then when you’ve finished and the credits roll the screen goes black and it starts blaring an alarm and all the dinosaurs escape and now you’re playing a first person POV-game escaping from all the dinosaurs you helped create which means the better you were at the first half the more trouble you’re in for the second

Unrelated, but my favorite story about Jurassic Park was that when they were filming the T-rex attack scenes, they had to try and keep the robot dry or it would start malfunctioning. So they had it in a hanger drying out and part of the malfunction was that it would….start to move…on its own. Shorts in the wiring or whatever. Now, only about half the crew knew this, and they neglected to inform everyone else so someone would be filming a ‘behind the scenes’ interview with a crew member when out of nowhere would come a chorus of utterly horrified screaming and running followed by unholy giggles from whoever put two and two together and realized that the T-rex had “come alive” again.
But really, how awesome is that, that you can make a puppet that everyone knows isn’t real, has been dead for 65 million years on, have it standing in a workshop with wires and crap sticking out the back end and still have it terrify the shit out of people?
